  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts promptly to management. 
  • Respect confidentiality and protect proprietary or sensitive information, ensuring that such information is only accessed or shared with authorised individuals on a need-to-know basis. 
  • Ensure data segregation to prevent unauthorised access or accidental sharing of client data and commercially sensitive information. 

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations 

  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in every jurisdiction where we operate. 
  • Uphold international standards for human rights, labor rights, and environmental stewardship. 
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR, when handling personal or client data. 
  • Implement rigorous safeguards to maintain commercial confidentiality, ensuring that sensitive business information is protected against unauthorised disclosure.
