What do I need to get started with the Social Listening tool setup?
To be able to proceed with setting up the GoSmarter Social Listening tool, you need to: Have a Work or Education email address associated with Microsoft 365 or Azure Active Directory Be an Administrator role for Microsoft 365 so that you can grant us the relevant permissions Have at least Contributor access to a Microsoft Azure subscription. - Be an Administrator role for Microsoft 365 so that you can grant us the relevant permissions
- Have at least Contributor access to a Microsoft Azure subscription.

Once you are ready, you can set up the tool by visiting the Nightingale HQ app.
